Can a client sign in my presence on my device?

Prepare your document & tell us who needs to sign

Upload a new document or make use of an existing template. Ensure that the signer's email (and mobile number) is correctly entered.

Request Signatures: "Sign in-person"

Click the drop down next to "Request signatures" and select "Sign in-person"

Select the signer 

Once you select the appropriate signer they will immediately receive an OTP on their mobile device/email - They will need this to finalise their submission after they have completed filling in the form. The signer will be able to start filling in the electronic document in your presence.

Finalising the process

Once the signer clicks submit they will be prompted to input the OTP they received earlier. They would then only be able to submit once they have agreed to sign in each other's presence.

Changing the signing method

If you have already sent out a normal signing request you can change this to "Sign in-person"
