Why can’t I see all my documents?

If you belong to one or more teams, you need to make sure that you are viewing the correct team’s data. You will also have a Personal Inbox, for documents that do not belong to any team.

The team you are currently working in will show at the top right of the page. You can click on this to open a menu that will allow you to switch to another team or to your personal inbox.
